Final Fantasy VI quiz

Welcome to the FF VI quiz. I'll post the *more than obvious* rules etc , and give the first question.

Any and all can participate in this quiz. Just answer the questions and I, the Wrath of Terra, shall give you the points you deserve. There will be a mix of multiple choice and short answer.

Short answer: 0 points if wrong / 5 points if close/ 15 points if right

Multichoice: 0 if wrong/ 15 if right

The first person to 50 points wins. At certain times I amy appoint certain people to take over and ask the questions (cuz i have work =P ).

First Question
Normal: How many playable characters are in the game *includes characters you can operate for a short time* ?
